All of our storage units have a one-month minimum commitment. After that, all our contracts are month-to-month.
All of our tenants are on the same payment schedule. Your rent payment is due on the 1st of the month and you always pay a full month at a time. Depending on what day of the month you move in, you will pay a pro-rated rate from the day of move in until the end of the month.
Your first month is non-refundable, after that we ask for 10 days of notice prior to move out. You will be issued a pro-rated refund (when applicable) if you move out mid month and provide us notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, Cheques and E-Transfers. You can also pay online via our website with a Visa, Mastercard or Visa-Debit. We also offer automatic billing with a void cheque or credit card.
All tenants have access from 7am until 7:45pm daily. There is no after-hours access.
We pride ourselves on security. Every tenant has a personalize gate code that they must enter in order to access the facility. Our fully fenced and gated facility is equipped with a camera system, motion detected lighting and a monitored perimeter alarm system. Our employees are constantly walking and monitoring the lot.
Yes. You are welcome to grab one from to use anytime you are on site.
Absolutely no food or plants. Do not store any flammable, explosive or illicit materials. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will be evicted immediately.
No. We do not assume liability for the goods you store. Adding stored goods to an existing policy is generally quite inexpensive; we recommend contacting your insurance agency. Employees of our storage facility are not qualified or authorized to evaluate the adequacy of insurance provided by your homeowner’s or renter’s policy.

All renters require a valid Canadian or USA drivers license and credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) in the renters name.

No. All rentals require a credit card.
Yes, but only if the friend or family member is in the office at the time of pick up with a valid drivers license.
No. The credit card holder must be in office at the time of pick up with a piece of photo ID.
A pre-authorized credit hold will be put on your credit card for the estimated total of your rental plus a damage deposit of up to $500. Once you bring the vehicle back to us, the pre-authorized hold will be released.
All vehicles are dispatched with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas.
We offer an optional Loss Damage Waiver for $16.95/day that will limit your liability for new damages to our vehicle to a maximum of $200 with each rental, in most circumstances. If you opt to not take our Loss Damage Waiver you are essentially driving with no coverage for new damages to our vehicle or trailer. The renter is responsible for any new damage to the vehicle or trailer.
The Loss Damage Waiver is MANDATORY if the renter is 25 or under. The under 25 LDW is $24.95/day.
No, all vehicles and trailers must be returned to us in South Surrey.
No, our vehicles are not insured to go across the border.

Yes. A deposit of $250 will be held on your credit card at the time of pick up. The deposit will be refunded once all Easy Boxes have been returned undamaged.
