Am I locked into a long-term contract? How much notice do I need to move out?
All our storage units have a one-month minimum commitment. After that, our contracts are month-to-month. We ask for 10 days of notice prior to move out. Your first month is non-refundable, but if you move out mid-month and provide us notice, you will be issued a pro-rated refund when applicable. You must remove your lock when you vacate the unit.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are none! Sunnyside Self Storage does not charge any deposit or administrative fees. We collect the first months rent at the time of sign up
How safe is my stuff?
We pride ourselves on security. Every tenant has a personalized gate code that they must enter to access the facility. Our fully fenced and gated facility is equipped with a camera system, motion detected lighting and a monitored perimeter alarm system. Our employees are routinely walking around monitoring the yard.
How does billing work?
All our tenants are on the same payment schedule. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and you always pay a full month at a time. Depending on what day of the month you move in, you will pay a pro-rated amount from the move in day until the end of the month.
