Move a vehicle that can't move itself, weight and clearance permitting. The fenders sit outside the deck, so the full 6′8″ width is usable.

Questions, Answered

How old do I need to be to rent?

All renters must be 21 or older.

What do I need to rent?

A valid Canadian or USA driver's license and a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) in the renter's name. A pre-authorization hold is placed on the card for the quote total plus a deposit. International driver's licenses (outside the USA) are not accepted.

How does insurance work?

We offer an optional Loss Damage Waiver for $18.95/day, which limits your liability for new damage to our vehicle to a $300 deductible in most cases. If you decline it, you are 100% responsible for all new damage, regardless of fault. The Loss Damage Waiver is mandatory for renters 25 and under, at $24.95/day.

How do kilometres work?

All rentals include 50 km per day. If you go over the included mileage, we charge $0.99/km. All trailers and towing rentals include unlimited mileage.

How does fuel work?

All vehicles are dispatched with a full tank of gas and must be returned full. Failure to return the vehicle full results in a $50 refueling fee plus a $3.00/litre charge. Electric vehicles are dispatched fully charged with a 100 - 170 km range, and we recharge them for you on return.
